Repainted Hoosier Cabinet......again

After the new granite in the kitchen, I decided my green hoosier cabinet just didn't fit in. I loved the color, was very different but decided to go with a new look that seemed to blend better with the kitchen update. Hope you like it also!

Not thinking this blogging is for me?

When I read other blogs, I tell myself, I can't do this, I can't be like them. I work full time, they all seem to be stay at home Moms, even home school their children. I bow down to that one. After really thinking about it, They don't have much more time than I do. Their lives are filled with daily activities. Kid things.... I do have dog things.... now that my kiddos have flown the nest, awhile ago. So I guess I can't use that as an excuse. I think it is more that I am intimated about how good they are. They are interesting..... me not so much. I guess I write my thoughts here, what is going on with me...and my crazy, awesome house full of dogs...and then there is pretty great man that lives here with me. :-) So I need to learn not to try to be like the other bloggers I read, just to be myself. So that is what I am going to do and be, myself. For better or worst. I am sure my English won't always be correct,I may have some mis-spelled words only the way. See, I have this mind that goes really fast and my hands are really old and can't keep up. So please bear with me. This struggling blogger, is going to try one more time. Coolest ATM your ever see!

When I was back in Ohio a few weeks ago, I had to take a picture of this ATM machine. Love it! Merging two worlds! What a way of life when you think about it...... no credit cards to pay off, not caught up with "keeping up with the jones". A much simpler way of life.... not bad at all.......

Deck the what... Not already....

Wow. Is it really the Sunday AFTER Thanksgiving? How did that happen so fast ? I see a lot of my twitter family and Facebook friends have started to Deck their Halls........ I got out my Publix Santa and Mrs. Claus salt and pepper shakers,,,,,does that count? Sometimes I think I might need one of those "wipeout " motivators to get me moving over those big balls.... typing from my IPad. Her name "Precious"...can you tell how much I "heart" her? One small flaw...can't download pictures to my blog from her ???? Need to research that. Well I am going to check in on my old man laptop next time to add some recent pics. Joy.. Peace....Love.

Found a work around to blog on my IPad. I am challenged, special when it comes to these types things .........
Hoping to learn more....... Excited about upcoming changes to our kitchen and will post pics! Should be coming next week to do the templates for the counters. <3. We also have plans to tile our master bath shower ( ourselves ). Here we come renovation realities......
